Loopnora started from a simple observation: digital health can engage patients at scale, and California pharmacists — especially Advanced Pharmacist Practitioners — can change therapy. What’s missing is the operating system that connects those changes back to the physician of record.

We’re a cofounder pair: a software engineer building the clinical OS, and a California-licensed APh clinical lead with deep diabetes medication experience who is comfortable owning protocols, quality, and clinical sign-off.

California’s post–AB 1503 landscape makes this moment possible. We practice carefully under standard of care, document thoroughly, and design so the second clinician is as consistent as the first.
